5 Reasons to Get on Your Pogamat More Often

There are so many benefits of exercise, these are just a few of them! Whether it is getting on your Pogamat, taking a walk or lifting weights, by getting your heart rate up for 30 minutes a day, you will notice dramatic results in your mood, energy levels, and more!

Working out in the morning is the most effective way to feel energized all day, as exercise releases endorphins into your bloodstream. Even 15-30 minutes on your Pogamat during the middle of the day will keep you going when you feel your energy level taking a dive.

When you exercise regularly, your heart and cardiovascular system will start to function more effectively. The heart builds up less plaque and becomes more efficient the more you work out. Those who exercise are more productive at work. Increased serotonin levels and energy levels leads to mental clarity. When you are feeling distracted and unproductive at work, take a break and spend some time exercising outdoors or on your Pogamat to stimulate your brain!
