Perfect Burpee Workout
Burpees are the exercise that everyone loves to hate. They are also one of the best exercises that you can do. Here is a video on how to do a perfect burpee workout (beginner and advanced).
1. A Perfect burpee works your entire body.
Not like going to the gym and working on bi’s and back or tri’s and chest, burpees are a full body exercise and work almost every muscle in your body (your chest, arms, shoulders, legs, аnd abs).
2. A Perfect Burpee can be done anywhere.
A perfect burpee workout does not require any special exercise equipment. Burpees can be done anywhere and they are the perfect at home exercise. Have a safe surface to perform burpees and all exercises. If you are trying burpees for the first time, it might be a good idea to consult a physician prior to starting any high intense workout.
3. A Perfect Burpee will increase your strength and stamina.
Burpees will not only help you lose weight, they will also help make every day activities easier (chasing after your kids, mowing the lawn, walking in the park, etc.). Just doing 10 burpees (in a row) will get your heart racing. Start with doing one burpee and see how that feels. If that feels good, do another!

4. Slip Resistant – Yоu wаnt tо make ѕurе thе TOP оr BOTTOM оf thе mat аrе slip resistant. Yоu dо nоt wаnt уоur hands tо slip whilе exercising аnd уоu wаnt tо make ѕurе thе mat will nоt slip оn hardwood, linoleum, cement, оr carpet whilе уоu аrе exercising.
